RETURN POLICY
At SoxHub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You may return returnable items (some items are non-returnable which are labled on product page) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, socks and hosiery cannot be returned once opened or worn.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Shipping returns
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
